Another Rains County Dog Shot

Dee McCoy PLEASE HELP KARMA IS DEAD IN RAINS COUNTY TEXAS! On Sunday July 26, 2015 Brett Ince of Alba, Texas in Rains County shot at two boys from his property onto the road here is a link to the news story: http://www.kltv.com/…/sheriff-rains-co-man-arrested- after-s… The Rains County Sheriffs Department did NOTHING. Brett Ince was not arrested after this shooting on Sunday. Here's the rest of the story that you haven't heard, because in my opinion, The Rains County Sheriffs Department does not want you as citizens to know for with awareness the Sheriffs Department is rendered completely incompetent. Monday evening July 27,2015 Brett Ince using the same high powered rifle shot twice from the road, toward me on my porch, ricocheting a bullet close by me and mortally wounded our dog Karma in our yard right in front of me. The Rains County Sheriffs Department has not charged him for what he's done to me or our dog Karma! This is not the first time Brett Ince has shot across our property with a gun from the road. My husband and I reported an incident in October 2014, we reported it to the Rains County Sheriffs Department and local Game Warden, we filled out statements, showed the video I had taken as proof, yet again the Rains County Sheriffs Department did NOTHING. I still have this video!!!! Brett Ince is a five time convicted felon. This information is a matter of public record. I found it on the Texas Department of Public Safety's Website, here's the link (but you do have to pay for the report): https://records.txdps.state.tx.us/DpsWebsi…/CriminalHistory/ This is where I got his mug shot. Why does this man have guns? How does this man have guns? The gun forms ask if you use marijuana. The gun forms ask if you have any convictions. The Rains County Sheriffs Department is aware of all of these things about Brett Ince yet have turned a blind eye on multiple occassions, Why? Speculation here, but is it possible Brett Ince is an informant working for the Sheriffs Department? The real question here is why is this man being allowed to run helter-skelter all over our county irresponsibly firing high powered weaponry endangering the citizens whom live here? I thought Rains County represented quaint and peaceful East Texas living not the wild, wild west! Gun laws are very specific both on the State and Federal level. I'm not a lawyer by any means but I am a law abiding citizen and common since tells me I can not shoot a gun from the roadway or towards people rendering them in harms way. Federal Law states: No guns for drug users. It says that any person "who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance" is barred from possessing guns. 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3). What has happened is very wrong on so many levels. I have so many questions that continue to go unanswered. I will get answers. I do not feel safe in Rains County, Texas I do not feel like the Sheriffs Department is protecting the citizens of this county to the best of their ability. If Brett Ince had been charged and prosecuted in 2014, the two boys would not have been shot at and one wounded. If Brett Ince would have been arrested Sunday like he should have been I would not have been shot at and our beloved family pet Karma would still be here! I'm seeking justice for all parties that Brett Ince has violated, myself and Karma included! I'm asking anyone that has had an incident with Brett Ince to come forward and let the Rains County Sheriffs office know! Please get a copy of your reports and you may want to insist on recording any and all contact with the Sheriffs Department. Something is really wrong here folk's. I'm already aware of another incident where neighbor has told me her son was shot at by Brett Ince in May of 2014, however this incident went unreported. I have multiple videos from my incidents involving Brett Ince. I'm sharing part of one for the first time publicly now. WARNING it is a graphic and horrific snippit of Karma mortally wounded and me hysterical in the back ground and our son Travis helping with a towel. How much longer will this situation remain out of control? I do not want this man to ever be able to shoot at me or any other citizen in Rains County, Texas again. I want this stopped before another senseless tragedy occurs. This unlawful derelict could potentially kill someone! PLEASE HELP STOP THIS INSANITY! Rains County, Texas Sheriffs Department Phone Number: 903-473-3181 District Attorneys Phone Number: 903-473-5000 The wheel of justice may turn slowly but I have Karma on my side! http://www.topix.com/city/emory-tx/2015/06/150604CP5G6L
Warning, this video is not pretty, but it’s the Truth of what goes on in Rains County. Below is the actual transcript that was posted on line.
If irrefutable concrete evidence can be provided to us by email showing errors in any story or picture posted on this web site, not only will we correct it on line, but we will give a full page retraction and admit we were wrong.
